Repair process

From intake to return, every step has a job.

This is the full repair workflow. Pricing, damage education, status, and policies each have their own focused pages so the same explanation is not repeated everywhere.

01

Intake Review

Photos, card details, goals, value, and visible damage are reviewed before cards are accepted.

02

Damage Assessment

Damage type, severity, repairability, risk, and likely outcome are reviewed card by card.

03

Service Recommendation

You receive the safest recommended service level based on condition and goals.

04

Customer Approval

Pricing, scope, and major risks are agreed before repair work or higher-risk handling begins.

05

Ship / Drop Off

Approved customers receive an order number and shipping or drop-off instructions.

06

Queue Assignment

The card enters the queue and active repair slots are assigned based on capacity.

07

Repair / Stabilization

Least-invasive approved work is performed slowly, with rest or stabilization when needed.

08

Final Review

Final photos, notes, and remaining visible issues are reviewed.

09

Return / Pickup

The card is returned, picked up, or prepared for grading based on the approved path.

Approval before shipping

Do not mail cards before approval.

Submit photos and details first. ArknineTCG reviews the submission, confirms service fit, and sends an order number with shipping or drop-off instructions only if the card is approved.

Submit front, back, close-up, and damage photos.

Wait for recommendation, pricing, and risk review.

Include the order number with mailed or dropped-off cards.

Repair philosophy

The safest useful path wins.

Least-invasive first

Cleaning or light work may be enough. Advanced work is only considered when safer options are not enough and the risk is justified.

Approval before work

Higher-risk or higher-value work waits until scope, pricing, value, and major risks are clear.

Stopping can be correct

Some cards should only be reviewed, documented, lightly cleaned, or left alone when further work creates more risk than benefit.

Operational discipline

Review, approve, then work.

Restoration is improvement-focused. If full correction would require excessive risk or alteration, the recommendation becomes meaningful improvement, documentation, or stopping.

What ArknineTCG will not do

No alteration. No grade promises.

The goal is to preserve and improve the original card, not change its factory structure or create a deceptive result.
