Results are not guaranteed. Some defects can only be reduced, some cards may be declined, and some work may affect grading or resale depending on condition and third-party opinion.
Terms, limits, and no-go work.
This page keeps customer expectations, professional limits, and work boundaries easy to find without repeating the full repair workflow or pricing table.
Policy summary
One place for boundaries.
Pricing, service scope, risk level, and major decisions are agreed before work begins. Higher-risk or higher-value work may require additional approval.
Do not ship or drop off cards before approval. After approval, include the assigned order number with the card and follow the provided instructions.
No recoloring, trimming, rebacking, reconstruction, material replacement, deceptive alteration, grade promises, or unsafe rush work.
Frequently asked questions
Are grading outcomes guaranteed?
No. Restoration may improve appearance, but final grading decisions are made only by the grading company.
Do you alter cards?
No. The service is preservation-focused. No ink, trimming, recoloring, reconstruction, rebacking, replacement material, or hidden alteration is performed.
Should I mail a card right away?
No. Submit photos and details first. If the card is approved, ArknineTCG will provide an order number and shipping or drop-off instructions.
What happens if hidden damage changes the scope?
Work pauses for discussion. If the original service level no longer fits, ArknineTCG explains the issue and recommends the next step before continuing.
How long does restoration take?
Timing varies. Some cards need drying, settling, stabilization, or multiple review cycles. Express service is priority scheduling only and does not guarantee a completion date.
What if the card is too risky to work on?
ArknineTCG may decline the work or recommend stopping when more correction creates more risk than benefit.
Important limits
Preservation only.
Restoration results are improvement-based and are not guaranteed.
Some damage can be reduced but not fully removed.
Some defects may remain visible under certain lighting, angles, or magnification.
Every card reacts differently based on age, stock, finish, prior damage, moisture sensitivity, and severity.
Restoration may affect grading or resale depending on the card, method, and third-party opinions.
ArknineTCG may recommend stopping when additional work risks damaging the card.
No ink, trimming, recoloring, reconstruction, rebacking, or replacement of missing material is performed.
What ArknineTCG will not do
No deceptive alteration or grade promises.
Restoration is focused on preserving and improving the original card. It does not add material, change factory structure, or promise grading outcomes.
Acknowledgement language
Submitting a card means acknowledging that results are not guaranteed, some damage may remain, and restoration carries risk. Final terms are reviewed with the customer before approved work begins.
