What to Expect
What restoration can and cannot do
  • Restoration results vary. Damage may remain visible, become more noticeable, or, in rare cases, worsen. We cannot guarantee complete damage removal, a grade increase, authentication, resale value, or acceptance by a grading company.
  • Grading and authentication companies use their own standards and may classify a treated card as restored or altered regardless of its visual improvement.
What I will not do
  • Add ink, trim, reshape, rebuild, or reback a card.
  • Perform hidden reconstruction intended to misrepresent a card.
What you are agreeing to
  • Confirm that you own the card or are authorized to approve the work.
  • Provide accurate information about known damage and previous work.
  • Approve the quote and any material changes.
  • Wait for intake approval before shipping.
  • Use tracked and appropriately insured shipping.
  • Pay the service balance and return shipping before return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Disclose restoration in future sales, trades, or third party submissions.
  • You remain responsible for accurately disclosing restoration when selling, trading, authenticating, or submitting the card for grading.
Photos and records
  • Every card is photographed for quality control and our records. We may use those photos for educational or promotional purposes unless you tell us not to; saying so when you submit, or at any point before we post, is enough. Your name and other identifying details are never included unless you ask us to include them.

Getting Your Cards to Me

  • Find me at a show

    Bring the cards to my table at any show I am vending at. Instagram and Facebook posts and stories say where I will be and when.

  • Meet at Croma TCG in Lehi

    Tuesdays, usually from 5:30 to 6 PM. Reach out before you come so we can confirm the day and the time.

  • Drop off at Croma TCG Lehi

    Cards can be left for me at Croma TCG Lehi when I am not there, and picked up the same way, with payment made up front. Pickup or drop off at the Salt Lake City location can sometimes be arranged; ask first.

  • Contact me for shipping options

    Shipping is available on request once the cards are approved. Ask before mailing anything.
